Buying and paying for tickets via the online store of the Public Institution “Rezervat Lokrum” (hereinafter: the website) is possible only for the Public Institution “Rezervat Lokrum” (hereinafter: the Reserve) with which the company RAO d.o.o. concluded a contract on the distribution and collection of tickets via the website.
In addition to these Conditions of sale of tickets for the Reserve, the privacy rules of the Public Institution “Rezervat Lokrum” also apply via the website.
Through the website, Users can purchase standard types of tickets at the valid price determined by the Reserve.
When buying tickets on the website, the user selects the type and quantity of tickets he wants to buy.
The use of the purchased ticket is subject to the Conditions and the way of using the ticket of the Reserve, and the period of use of the ticket is determined by the type of ticket purchased.
With the introduction of the Fiscalization Act, tickets have no invoice value, but an invoice is issued with the purchased ticket.
The invoice and ticket will be sent to the User’s registered e-mail address.
If the User wants to issue an R1 invoice, the User must enter the data required for issuing an R1 invoice before confirming the order and payment. The user is responsible for the correctness of all data entered during the purchase. Subsequent changes are not possible.
Print@home is a service for printing tickets purchased through the website (Print@home tickets).
Each Print@home ticket has a separate (unique) 1D barcode printed on it.
One Print@home ticket with one 1D barcode is printed for each ticket.
After completing the purchase, the User is obliged to print the purchased Print@home ticket and take it with him when he arrives at the Reserve. Exceptionally, in case of impossibility to print the Print@home ticket, the User can present it via smartphone.
It is not possible to print a Print@home ticket at the Reserve’s points of sale.
When arriving at the Reserve, the User is obliged to scan the Print@home ticket on the devices for controlling the entrance to the Reserve or to present the ticket to the employee of the Reserve in charge of controlling the entrance to the Reserve, in order to validate and cancel the Print@home ticket.
It is forbidden to copy, distribute, transfer, publish or change the Print@home ticket!
If a duplicate Print@home ticket appears, the right of entry and the validity of the ticket are realized by the first person who reads such a Print@home ticket on the entrance control devices or presents it to the employee of the Reserve who is in charge of ticket control.
The user is responsible for printing and using the Print@home ticket, which he will receive at the registered e-mail address after completing the purchase process via the website.
Reserve and company RAO d.o.o. are not responsible in the event of a duplicate Print@home ticket, as well as in the event of any other misuse of the issued, charged and delivered Print@home ticket.
In the case of transferring a Print@home ticket from the User (buyer) to a third party, these Terms and Conditions are transferred and applied to the current holder of the respective ticket. The user is obliged to point out the provisions of these Terms and Conditions to the person to whom he transfers the ticket.
For all additional information about the Reserve (working hours, sights, events, etc.) and about the types and methods of using tickets, the User is hereby directed to the official website of the Reserve.
All orders and purchases of tickets via the website are binding and final, and cannot be canceled, changed or charged for another type of ticket.
Each Print@home ticket purchased via the website becomes valid after the purchase process is completed, i.e. the Purchase Confirmation is sent and the invoice is issued.
If the Print@home ticket is not used, it is not possible to return it and get a refund.
